The 2017 Alpina B5 will make looks on course to make its world debut at the Geneva motor show, following the release of an official video two weeks before the event.
Both saloon and Touring versions of the hot 5 Series variant are due, using BMW’s 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8. Power is likely to be raised close to that of the next M5, which is predicted to produce more than 600bhp.

BMW won't be producing an M5 Touring, so the B5 Touring will be the hottest estate on offer in the new BMW 5 Series range. Expect the performance of both bodystyles to comfortably surpass that of the outgoing B5, with little more than four seconds required to complete the 0-62mph sprint and a top speed nudging 200mph.
